24 Day Body Transformation Challenge

As I work with various types of clientele, from your "every day" man/woman to professional MMA fighters and top level athletes, everyone's goal/accomplishment has significant value.

Like how myself and my colleagues continue to work on getting better; I'd like to take a moment to spotlight one of my colleagues on their work to bettering themselves.

Brittany Dimitruk, a trainer at RWJ Hamilton Center for Health & Wellness, wanted to challenge herself both mentally and physically and make a better commitment to her own health and wellness.

As I have been working with Advocare products, I offered to sponsor her while she did the Advocare 24 Day Challenge.

I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

24 Days Later:

Total Inches Lost: -27

Weight Lost: -15 lbs

Jean Sizes Lost: -2

Bodyfat Lost: -7%

Brittany is staying committed (continuing the second phase of the 24 Day challenge), with more energy and drive than ever before! She has also set a personal record for herself of a barbell deadlift of 245!

Keep up the great work Brit!

Cliff Notes for Past Couple of Months

  • Another great learning experience and workshop with Doc back in October 2009.
  • Assisted at the first ever Philadelphia RKC in October 2009.
  • Great learning experiences at R- & I-Phases of Z-Health.
  • Been dealing with being sick for the past couple of months.
  • Been focusing more on development & growth of myself and a few of my peers.

That being said:

  • Many projects & workshops to attend/promote so far this year.
  • Continued development and progression.
  • Been working with some people "behind the scenes" that I am very privileged to be doing so with.

More to come.

Couldn't say it better myself...

"People need to know that living in denial, about anything, will eventually catch up to them. No solution is better than dealing with issues in a straight-forward, transparent, and consistent fashion, especially when it comes to our own bodies."

Running Shoe v. Vibram FiveFingers

No, you don't run heel to toe. Yes, you probably don't have as strong of a foot as you should.

NJ KB Workshop w/ Dr. Cheng Recap

A fast and furious four hours of Hard Style to a sold out crowd!

Squat/Deadlift patterning, Hard Style lock, the power of Breath, Swing, and Turkish Get-Ups!

All positive feedback from attendees from various organizations (general public, fitness, law enforcement, military).

Special thanks to RKCs AJ Oliva & RKC II Steve Freides for bringing bells down.

Special thanks to Israeli Krav Maga, David Kahn, Abel Kahn, & Chris Eckel for their assistance and generous hosting.

From myself, a heartful thank you to Dr. Cheng and all attendees. Doc is a great mentor, teacher, and someone I call my brother. I have learned so much from him throughout the weekend and today. Without him and other senior RKCs, I wouldn't have the instruction to better myself in my learning and application.

To the attendees, I am glad that all of you moved better, learned about your own restrictions, what to work on, and generally appreciated the workshop that you attended.

Again, thank you.

More to come in the future.
