Also, my friend RKC II Dustin Rippetoe will be hosting an awesome workshop "Basics and Beyond: Two-Day Kettlebell Workshop with Senior RKC's Jeff O'Connor and David Whitley" at his new Way of Strength training center in Guthrie, OK on October 17-18th.
Jeff, Dave, & Dustin are top-notch instructors and genuine classy individuals who I respect and appreciate being able to call members of my family.
