NJ KB Workshop w/ Dr. Cheng Recap

A fast and furious four hours of Hard Style to a sold out crowd!

Squat/Deadlift patterning, Hard Style lock, the power of Breath, Swing, and Turkish Get-Ups!

All positive feedback from attendees from various organizations (general public, fitness, law enforcement, military).

Special thanks to RKCs AJ Oliva & RKC II Steve Freides for bringing bells down.

Special thanks to Israeli Krav Maga, David Kahn, Abel Kahn, & Chris Eckel for their assistance and generous hosting.

From myself, a heartful thank you to Dr. Cheng and all attendees. Doc is a great mentor, teacher, and someone I call my brother. I have learned so much from him throughout the weekend and today. Without him and other senior RKCs, I wouldn't have the instruction to better myself in my learning and application.

To the attendees, I am glad that all of you moved better, learned about your own restrictions, what to work on, and generally appreciated the workshop that you attended.

Again, thank you.

More to come in the future.

For attendees (recommended books/videos):

Order Authentic RKC Kettlebells (click on the link which will lead you to where to get Kalos Sthenos - Kettlebells from the Ground Up) - Book on the Turkish Get-Up

Please visit Doc's blog at http://kettlebellslosangeles.blogspot.com/ for more information on Reactive Neuromuscular Training (RNT).

MN tomorrow.
