Qigong, Only a few spots remaining for Dr. Cheng's Workshop!

Couple people have been asking me about what Qigong resources I have. I've been using John Du Cane's Qigong Recharge DVD and book per Doc's recommendations. I also have part of John's Qigong Longevity Program-Animal Frolics Qigong Video Set (Bliss, Serenity, Power and Vitality videos). I can't recommend these products enough as they have helped with some breathing issues I have had. Definitely feel recharged & refreshed after I've done them.

Going to be a great two weeks coming up: CT, DE, back to NJ, then MN!

Here's feedback from Dr. Cheng's workshop in Bakersfield this past weekend:

Thank you for the opportunity and the privelege to have worked with you and you KBLA group this past weekend. I cannot begin to express how impressed and inspired by your class's intensity and intent-sity to the training and exercise process, but also the learning process. Many of the seminars I have attended and taught should be so lucky to have such high quality instructors and participants as your KBLA family. KBLA should not only be used as a model for other RKC's , but as THE model for instruction and learning. Thank you once again, and please pass along my sincerest thanks and gratitude to the KBLA family.
