Food for thought.

If one of the big topics in the industry is barefoot running and how it is a self limiting exercise, couldn't we say the same for how else we train?

Cliff Notes for Past Couple of Months

  • Another great learning experience and workshop with Doc back in October 2009.
  • Assisted at the first ever Philadelphia RKC in October 2009.
  • Great learning experiences at R- & I-Phases of Z-Health.
  • Been dealing with being sick for the past couple of months.
  • Been focusing more on development & growth of myself and a few of my peers.

That being said:

  • Many projects & workshops to attend/promote so far this year.
  • Continued development and progression.
  • Been working with some people "behind the scenes" that I am very privileged to be doing so with.
